Returns

We are happy to refund your goods, as long as the goods are unused, and still in the original packaging, as they were sent. This needs to be done within 30 days of purchase. The postage cost is to be covered by you (the customer) unless there has been a mistake our end, or if the product is faulty. We will then cover the cost of postage.

To return an item, please send an email to jordan@store-114.com, and state your order number. 

Please remember that you (the customer) are fully responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us. We recommend that you use a reputable delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend DPD or Royal Mail.

If your item is returned to us in an unusable condition, the item will be returned to you, or a fine may occur if the item is unsellable.

 

We are happy to accept exchanges for different sizes etc - we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your order!

 

Faulty Goods

 

If your item(s) which you received are faulty, please return your item and your goods will either be repaired or replaced. You will not need to pay shipping costs on your replacement product.
